River Lettings - Caldwell

It's what we do. River Lettings is a family business that opened in the historic riverside village of Hamble-le-Rice, near Southampton on 1 January 2012.

Today we still primarily provide residential lettings and property management across Hamble and the neighbouring villages in the south, with the addition of Greater London, the National Forest area of the Midlands, Lincolnshire, and North Wales. 

We are registered with The Property Redress Scheme, a voluntary redress body to resolve complaints against residential estate and letting agents, and also registered with Rent Smart Wales and licenced for letting and property management work in Wales as an Agent (as defined in sections 9 to 12 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014).  

Our Client Money Protection insurance is arranged through The UK Association of Lettings Agents Limited and our clients accounts are independently audited every three months. We register all deposits that our landlords require us to administer with the Deposit Protection Service with the funds held securely by the Deposit Protection Service during the life of the tenancy. 

We believe in the provision of a service that not only affords personally tailored flexibility for our landlords but also full transparency with fair terms, and always respectful of the fact that it is you - not us - that owns the property. While for our tenants the reassurance that there is always someone there to listen and deal promptly with property issues.
